More than six years of experience in real estate: commercial, leasing and residential. Representing owners selling development land, build-to-rent and student-housing sites and net-leased retail, and investors buying land, convenience stores, truck stops, industrial yards and more, often before they reach the market.
Before real estate, I was an educator. I taught school, then homeschooled my eight children, and I've run my own small businesses since 2006. Teaching turned out to be good training for this work. I explain the process, the numbers and the options plainly, so my clients can make confident decisions.
That's where “Ask Susie” comes from. Commercial real estate is full of questions: what a property is worth, what can be built on it, who the buyer is, what a lease should say. My job is to answer them clearly and honestly. And if you have a question, I answer my phone.
