Often, yes. Land, industrial yards, c-stores and investment property frequently trade privately. Tell me what you’re looking for (location, size, price and use) and I’ll research parcels and owners and reach out to owners of properties that aren’t for sale yet.

Yes. For landlords, I market space to the right tenants and help structure leases that hold up. For tenants, I find the location that fits the business and negotiate the terms: rent, concessions, build-out and options.

I do. I live and work in north Houston, and I help family, friends and clients buy and sell homes and acreage with the same preparation and follow-through I bring to commercial deals. As the wife of a disabled military veteran, I’m especially glad to help veterans and military families.
